Mahadev Fabrics is a dyeing and finishing house, which has been setup to cater to the fabric & dyeing requirement of both export and domestic garment manufacturer. This facility may be called as one of its kind in India as this process house has facilities for simultaneous processing of high end tubular as well as open width knitted fabrics.

The process house has a capacity to produce 20 tonnes per day. It is equipped with the latest generation Athena Dyeing machines from Sclavos (Greece),Open Width technology including hot air stenter from Bruckner (Germany),Finishing machines and Drier from Santex (Switzerland),Bianco and Ferarro (Italy),Lab Equipments from Datacolor (USA),Knitting machines from Mayer & Cie (Germany) to specify a few and the latest generation Digital Printing machines from Mimaki (Japan).

The facility is fully geared for handling of Lycra/Spandex blended fabrics and has a dedicated team of technically competent Textile Engineers to execute and deliver good quality fabrics. We are having certification from SKAL/Control Union and G.O.T.S/IMO: For organic cotton and sustainable textiles.

The company practices a very stable system of customer satisfaction and happiness and this is truly and well reflected in the unchanged customer base since its inception. The aim is to deliver the right product at the right time with the right quality inputs. Continuous growth without affecting the best working parameters is the prime objective of the company. The development of human resources alongwith the obligation to make a good working environment has been the main thrust for the company.
